National Sixth Form Centre (NSFC) is delighted to invite prospective students and their families to its annual Sixth Form Open Evening, taking place on Thursday 8 October 2026 from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.
The event offers an excellent opportunity for Year 11 students considering their next steps to explore the outstanding opportunities available at NSFC. Visitors will be able to tour the centre's modern facilities, learn about the wide range of A Level and Level 3 courses, and meet the dedicated teaching and pastoral support teams who help students thrive both academically and personally.
Throughout the evening, attendees will have the chance to speak directly with subject specialists, discover enrichment opportunities, and gain first-hand insight into life as an NSFC student.

In order to study at NSFC we expect students to have achieved a minimum of five grade 5 qualifications at GCSE in subjects relevant to their choices at sixth form. It is planned that students will also need grade 4 in English and Maths (subject to admissions variation process). Prospective students should also be aware that course-specific entry criteria may apply – please see our prospectus or curriculum guide for details.
We are accepting applications for the forthcoming academic year. Please email sixthform@nationalacademy.org.uk for more information.
You can contact a member of our centre staff to discuss the process and any questions you may have.
