Payment Platform Migration (sQuid to iPay)
This news article is relevant to parents/guardians and relates to the migration of payment providers, from sQuid to iPayImpact).
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are introducing a new payment platform named iPayImpact (iPay). This comes as a result of our current provider, sQuid, ceasing trading. This news article contains important information regarding the steps required to transition to the new platform.
iPay Account Setup
iPay Registration emails have now been emailed to parents/guardians on Tuesday 11th March.
We kindly ask that parents/guardians follow the information provided and set up their accounts as promptly as possible.

Please note, once you have followed the registration information, an email will be sent to the email address you entered. Please go to your email and use the activation link.
sQuid Update (28th March)
On the 18th March we became aware of an issue with parents/guardians being unable to withdraw their balances from the sQuid platform. Unfortunately, sQuid were refusing to work with us on this matter. This has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating to everyone.
In order to support our community, National will be providing the refund. Any balance in your child’s ‘catering purse’ in sQuid on the 10th March 2025 will be transferred to your child’s iPay catering account early next week.
The transfer will go through your child’s iPayImpact account, therefore if you haven’t done so already, please set up your iPayImpact account and refer to the email sent via email on the 11th March which provides details of your child’s iPayImpact registration information.
