There are numerous leadership opportunities for our students to get involved in.  Here is our student leadership structure:

We currently have student leaders in the following areas:

*  Equality, diversity and inclusion

*  Community action

*  Sports

*  Mental Health and Wellbeing

*  ARCH Ambassadors

*  Collectvie Worship Technicians

*  Academy Ambassadors

*  Student council reps

Our student leaders regularly meet together as a body of student leaders. They take part in leadership development activities and share what they are working on. The student leaders also meet regularly in their individual focus areas.  

At National, we place great importance on listening to the views of our students and as part of this, we have democratically elected student councils:

*  KS3 Council

*  Y10 Council

* Y11 Council

* NSFC Council

* Academy Council 

 The councils have representatives from all year groups with the key purpose being to provide a voice for the opinions of students from across the academy to be heard by staff and governors. The roles represent a great opportunity for the elected students to take on extra responsibility and develop new skills.
