Arrangements for students collecting A Level results

A Level – Thursday 13 August 2020

A Level results day is Thursday 13th August 2020 – this is for all Level 3 qualifications (AS, A Level, BTEC, Cambridge Technicals, WJEC Level 3 diplomas, etc.)

This year, students will be collecting their results from Hucknall Sixth Form Centre. To maintain social distancing, we are issuing results at set times and a one-way system will be in place with a clearly marked queuing system.

Staff will be available to support students with their post-18 pathway choices.

Arrangements for year 12 going into year 13 in September 2020
Students who have met the entry requirements for year 13 (3 x E grades/passes or above) will receive a letter on results day confirming their place in year 13. Students will need to email year13enrolment@nationalce-ac.org.uk to confirm the subjects they wish to continue with by Thursday 20th August.

Any student who has not met the requirements will be asked to contact Mrs Wall to discuss their study programme for year 13.

Ofqual guidance

Due to the unfortunate circumstances of this year, Ofqual have produced a useful guide for any student who will be receiving qualification results this summer. This includes details of how grades have been awarded, what to expect on results day, the appeals process for anyone unhappy with their results, and information about how and where to access support.
