We are very much looking forward to welcoming our new Year 7 students to the National Church of England Academy community in September.

We are pleased to announce that our year 6 to 7 transition events on site are currently going ahead as planned.

We will continue to monitor Department for Education advice and numbers of Covid cases, which, at National, are currently extremely low.

We will let you know if there are any changes and can’t wait to meet you all very soon.

These pages are an important source of information and I would strongly encourage you to “drop in” for updates and the latest information. We will, of course, also contact you directly with anything you need to know.

The links at the bottom of the page take you two main areas. For students there is the Ready for The National Academy? page where you will be able to watch a virtual tour of the academy site. There are also some activities for students to complete to help them get to know the academy a bit better.

The Information for Parents section includes the welcome book and FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).

The range of information on the page will be added to over time. If you need any further support, please contact Mrs Soltysik, our transition lead, via email.

We will do everything we can to make the transition to National as smooth as we can and are excited to meet everyone as soon as we are able. With warm wishes to you all and welcome!
