COVID-19 Reporting over the Christmas Holidays

To support national efforts to keep everyone safe and in accordance with the national requirements, we ask parents/guardians to contact us up to and including 24th December if a student of the school is diagnosed with COVID-19 and they have developed symptoms within 48 hours of being in school.  For most this would mean symptoms should have started by Sunday 20th December.
If you need to contact us during the holiday please email 
This email address will be checked daily up until Christmas Eve.
Please include the following information:
  • Student name and year group
  • Your own name and contact details
  • The date of the Positive Test
  • The date when symptoms started and what they were
Should we need to contact families of close contacts we will do so by email/text and will not require a response.  Close contacts should follow the national guidance to isolate for 14 days from last point of contact with the diagnosed individual.
